A Companion by your side, for an event of your choice
You Pay for the tickets or entrance fees* (yours & your companion's)
Plus any costs arising: snacks, refreshments; transportation (driven by your requirements i.e taxis, public transport)
*if the engagement requires research or sourcing of tickets and/or there is more than one person to be accompanied, a nominal fee starting at £50 may be added.
Companion Plus service: Companion & Researcher & Coordinator
You pay a £100* fee plus tickets or entrance fees (yours & your companion's)
Plus any costs arising: snacks, refreshments; transportation (driven by your requirements i.e taxis, public transport)

A Personalised programme: A day (&/or evening) based on your interests. Curated, Coordinated & Accompanied
You pay a £300* fee plus tickets or entrance fees (yours & your companion's)
Plus any costs arising: snacks, refreshments; transportation (driven by your requirements i.e taxis, public transport)

Payment
All agreed fees and costs will be payable on Invoice, in advance of the event. Should we be required to make any purchases on your behalf, a non-refundable deposit will be chargeable before purchases are made.
Costs or Fees incurred after invoice will be payable within 5 days of the event unless otherwise agreed
Cancellation Terms
Should a venue/show/event be cancelled by the organiser, artist or cast; terms will be driven by their terms.
Should you cancel after the agreement to proceed, any costs incurred or committed at the time of cancellation will be payable in full. Plus 50% of any fees agreed
If for some extraordinary reason your booked Companion cannot attend, an appropriate substitute will be provided. (Note this has never happened but if it did and a substitute could not be provided, any fees will be reimbursed or if preferred and possible, the event re-scheduled).
